Often our dreams are our brains sorting through the days, weeks events; our biggest stressors or fears. It’s a time when our brain can focus on just this, with no interruption. Lack of Laughter

Last night I had a realization that I’m doing what I swore I would never do. Making work my focus and my priority. I’m laughing less, stressing more and not challenging myself to find more awe and wonder in the world. Lack of laughter has entered my world no matter how much I’ve tried to fight it.
